About the Founder
Evolon Aesthetic Forum was founded by Olha Maikina, MD, a medical doctor from Ukraine who has built her career in professional aesthetics.
Olha is a Co-Founder and Product & Education Director at Zemits, a professional aesthetic technology brand. With a background that combines medicine, massage therapy, and esthetics, she spends most of her time developing treatment protocols, training providers, and speaking at industry events across the U.S.
What started as Olha’s idea to “put like-minded people in one room and talk about what really matters” has turned into a growing series of in-person forums where:

• questions are welcome,
• and estheticians leave feeling more confident and less alone.
